Hilltop at Glenwood is located on a campus with Glenwood Center, Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. This Senior Living and Rehabilitative Health Campus model allows consulting practitioners to support our residents, maximizing quality of life while enjoying the peace of mind knowing additional services are available onsite should the need arise. 

We offer 16 assisted living apartments at Hilltop at Glenwood II, while Hilltop at Glenwood I offers a cozy, secure memory care community including 16 private apartments with specialized programming and activities. This memory support facility is licensed as a special care assisted living facility and is housed in its own secure stand-alone building. Our Dementia Care Education is recognized by the Alzheimer’s Association® for incorporating evidence-based Dementia Care Practice Recommendations in the following topic areas: Alzheimer’s and dementia, person-centered care, assessment and care planning, activities of daily living, and behaviors and communication.

Our residents enjoy many amenities including restaurant-style dining, a wide array of social, educational and spiritual activities and entertainment amongst beautiful enclosed courtyards and outdoor entertaining spaces.

We also offer respite stays with the flexibility for Caregivers to take a much-needed break from the demands of daily life, while providing an opportunity for your loved one to socialize with an array of activities in a safe, supportive, welcoming environment. Hilltop at Glenwood has a quaint home-like environment with a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
